You don’t need proof to report someone for a crime. You can call your local police, ICE, FBI, Secret Service, etc, and any time and report a crime.

They need some proof to do something about it, but you don’t to call it in.

I'm not particularly bent out of shape that you called ICE. At worst you wasted a few hours of the agents' time, at best 100 illegals are being deported. Whatever.

But, as you seem to have reached the conclusion simply by walking past their jobsite, I'm curious of your "zero English knowledge" claim. How did you reach that conclusion? Because you heard them speaking Spanish? Did you forget to mention how you interviewed them or something?

I ask because I live in an area with an extremely high Mexican American population, with lots of them being 4th and 5th generation Americans, and they'll still often only speak Spanish among themselves. How do you know that they have "zero English knowledge?"
