My favorite content creator (I despise that term but don’t know what else to call it) is Dave Greene. He has a YouTube channel called The Distributist. Writes on substack under @fiddlersgreene
He is not hardcore on specific current events or the news cycle, but he gets very in depth on philosophy and political theory and breaks that down better than anyone else I’ve ever heard. Often has debates/discussions with leftists and centrist classical liberals. This is not something most people will enjoy listening to, but for reasons you outlined I think you will.
The J Burden Show. Podcast on Spotify, interview format among all corners of the right
Calmversations with Benjamin Boyce. Interview format, probably the very best interview show. On Spotify. Interviews the fringe of the right wing, as well as regular centrists and liberals. Lots of interviews relating to trans stuff I don’t find interesting, but plenty of his other interviews are fantastic.
Astral Flight Simulation podcast on Spotify.
Academic Agent on YouTube. Puts out tons of videos.
Anything involving Curtis Yarvin is really interesting, though he’s an atheist and I think it blinds him a little. But he’s one of the early birds to advancing theories for post liberal techno monarchism.
Then there’s the Pete Quinones show on Spotify. This one gets more to the extremist side of things so you have to use discretion on what you want to take from it. One thing that’s super valuable he does is read books front to back that are sensitive topics and hard to find, or just useful things few know about.
And of course I listen to Tucker and Dave Smith and others. The ones I listed are more in depth that aren’t going to get much traction here.

I also have an honerable discharge. I did my "job" in the military for 4 years. Doesn't make me special nor is it worth mentioning. I never stand when they call for vets to stand at ball games nor do I use the VA or services to get disability checks. What does someones service matter?
