Some of you are just too stupid to help. It’s amazing you can figure out how to even use this message board.

Republicans screamed relentlessly about this specific topic for years. It was a healthy obsession on this board for quite some time.
You just memory holing that part?

Why did the Dems vote the way they did yesterday?

We are programmed to believe there is absence of malice amongst the MSM (Lying Media). We all know lying over the wires is considered wire fraud, therefore we must believe what is said or projected.
Absence of Malice
quote:
Fraud is both a civil tort and criminal wrong.
In civil litigation, allegations of fraud might be based on a misrepresentation of fact that was either intentional or negligent. For a statement to be an intentional misrepresentation, the person who made it must either have known the statement was false or been reckless as to its truth. The speaker must have also intended that the person to whom the statement was made would rely on it. The hearer must then have reasonably relied on the promise and also been harmed because of that reliance.
Absence of Malice

Ummm, Dems used the shutdown to help win the recent elections.
Seems like the libs are the ones who cucked.

If you knew how anything works you wouldn’t ask that question.
But you don’t…….

You progs sure are trying to make up excuses for blocking the release after melting down about JE and Orange bad

Why do all you dems care about the files now. Your President and both houses had them for three years and never released them. Not one single page. Then on top of that you think your party wouldn’t have released every sentence where Trump
Was in there before the election??? I’m not defending anyone that committed crimes against kids they all should burn BUT you have to be mentally lacking if you truly think Trump is on the list. Seriously.

Trump can't "come clean" to the kind of people that make this argument because coming clean looks like a dramatic, cartoonish release of information that more than likely never existed in the first place.
And anything short of that just earns smooth-brained "well he must be hiding more" replies.
P.S. did the judge blocking the release stand down? Or are they still blocking things?

I believe what they, the progs, are really upset with is the "files" and the information they provide are in the hands of the opposition who can, at any time, release them once they have been able to use them for an outstanding return for possession thereof.

Let’s assume you actually believe that and aren’t trolling (I hope you’re trolling, for your sake)…
It’s hard to come up with a better example illustrating how deeply unserious you are. There isn’t a single person in that room who doesn’t know exactly what Burchett did yesterday. It’s weird that you don’t.

There is your answer, they are not. Look at the multitude of videos of these protests where they are getting interviewed, they cannot state any facts or laws broken and if asked where they get their info, it is always CNN and MSNBC and they believe everything they are told.

Again you’re putting all this on Trump. The Dems had the files for three years and never released it. So one of two things are happening. And one is not happening
Two things that maybe
1. This is bigger than any of us imagine and involves both parties, world leaders, financial elites and more. So BOTH parties have been told to not release it. Dems are just squawking to change the news cycle away from their loss in the shutdown and will never release anything.
2. Both parties are using it as an ace in the hole play to get what they want.
The one thing that isn’t happening. Trump isn’t in the list. If he were even the strongest left wing leaning person knows the Dems would have released that at election cycle to sway the election. Even the email they released can be read easily as “if Trump finds out he will talk”. Hence the “he’s the dog that won’t stop barking”
In my opinion this is all show and no tell. Nothing will ever be released except crap like yesterday were it could be read into both ways and proves nothing.
