Please move to China. If you believe Hiden Biden got 81 million votes you have serious mental issues.

Sure ok. Like American Idol Trump won on first night but Biden won nights 2 , 3 , 4 ,5, 6 , 7 , 8 ,9 and 10 until enough votes were given for victory.

Who said trying this case is supposed to be easy? This is like setting your house on fire and then complaining about the heat.

I was just making a point sir , should you be silenced of course not ,,neither should trump, be ,,,people should realize that when they have an advantage, thing could get ugly for them when they lose their majority

This case is a campaign issue and Trump should be allowed to talk about campaign stuff while he's in the middle of a campaign. Smith wants to stack the deck so the entire world can talk about Trump negatively after an indictment, but he can't respond to defend himself and his campaign? That seems unreasonable.

Also, the government will undoubtedly leak information while asking a judge to order Trump, under penalty of fine and jail time, to not do the same.

Explain Trump's path to 270.

Let me guess--you won't, just like the rest of the cult.

Why should I back a born loser like Trump?

Minor detail, and major implications, but he doesn't need a path to 270. If he can get back WI, AZ, GA, he gets to 269 and it's pretty certain that Republicans will control 26 or 27 majorities of House reps, meaning Trump would win the election after an electoral college tie. He lost those states by 0.6%, 0.4%, 0.3% iirc.

If you find one that will dissolve the ATF then I'm game brother.

Hello, I'm running for President.
Goodbye ATF

My EO to get rid of the ATF
Executive Order on The Disintegration of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms

The ATF is one of the key agencies that has sewn distrust in the federal government, and has continually worked against the People, against freedom, and against the Constitution. Those days are over.

Effective immediately, no one in the ATF may carry a gun, badge, tactical equipment, law enforcement equipment, ammunition, or body armor. Office supervisors will collect these items, secure them, and await further instructions for their disposition.

All personnel not exclusively working on issues related to arson or explosives are to go home immediately, after surrendering all items listed above. ATF leadership will take their office credentials and disable all of their computer accounts. These personnel will remain at home until they are retired or terminated. This also pertains to any personnel that are part of the Senior Executive Service, regardless of their work duties.

The ATF will transition to the Bureau of Explosives and Arson Research. I will identify an office outside of Washington, DC, to consolidate operations. ATF leadership may identify no more than 250 personnel to remain employed - this must come from the pool of individuals whose sole focus is on arson and explosives. All others are to be locked out of computers, offices, and sent home. This must be done within 72 hours.

The ATF may not conduct any law enforcement activity or seek any actions such as civil asset forfeiture.

The National Archives are advised that all records related to the ATF's duties with regard to alcohol, tobacco, and firearms will be destroyed immediately. Personnel records and other items will be archived. This will be done to insure no secret databases are maintained.

ATF may still track production of weapons made in the US that are explicitly designated for sale or transfer overseas. A maximum of five people can be allotted for this duty.

Items such as the National Firearms Act are unconstitutional. Gun owners and sellers no longer have to comply with this legislation. It is unconstitutional. Items such as suppressors no longer require paperwork from the ATF. Owners only need a copy of the Constitution to justify ownership. Owners and sellers should retain a copy of the Executive Order to help explain this new change.

For the Courts - you have no power to halt the execution of this order in the name of unconstitutional legislation. The Constitution is a higher authority than you are. If you attempt to halt any aspect of this EO, it will be ignored. Any member of the judiciary going down this road will be viewed as engaging in a conspiracy against rights.

All ATF property not specific to arson or explosives research will be transferred to the Department of the Interior and Department of Defense.

The disintegration of the ATF has been a long time coming. It chips away at the trust that the People have for the federal government, and has proven itself, many times, to be more of an adversary than patriot or public servant. Good riddance.

Your Next President,

Charles Todd Sullivan

De Santis said he was slitting throats...where's the FBI??

Jack Smith and Merrick Garland's asses are grass if Trump gets elected and he can say it in open court. Garland for Obstruction of Justice and Smith for Fraud Abuse of Office and Conspiracy.

There are a bunch of people that ran for office on getting Trump he can cite including the Attorney General of the State of New York.
