He pulled the US out of the Paris Climate Accords and as we all know hurricanes are caused by man made climate change.

I can promise you that a broad swath of liberal thinkers believe this could have been prevented had he done more to stem climate change.

Yes, his presidency was devastating to the environment and speed up climate change impacts causing more hurricanes.
