There are plenty of pictures and video of women and girls acting very uncomfortably around creepy Uncle Joe. Either the man is a perv or doesn't understand what personal space is. Probably a mix of both. Kinda like ol' George....willing to give it a pinch but not tap it.

Joe Biden is creepy... BUT, I don’t think he’s trying to be a sleaze.
I think he’s just one of those touchy-feeley guys and doesn’t realize how other people interpret it.
I mean, if he thought he was being creepy with a girl he wouldn’t do it in front of everybody and in front of cameras and her parents.
I think he thinks he’s being charming or something and doesn’t realize how creepy it looks.

I tend to agree with this. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good with going with the full pedo spin on it; I just came to the same conclusion when I looked at all the images.
