Because they haven't lost. They've been cheated out of their victories. That's the fallback position. So they carry on without any closer inspection of what has happened and how things differ across the country.
I'm willing to vote Trump again but he needs to convince me he's the right guy for 2024.

I always doubted the existence of a Uniparty. Maybe I just didn't want to acknowledge the existence of something that was so opposed to the notion of representative government - like I still believed in a two-party system. But watching this impeachment attempt on Ken Paxton in Texas, I have to admit, they're there and they're just as corrupt as the Democrats.
It's a shame. There was a time I said the name 'Bush' with whispered reverence. I stood on the side of the train tracks for hours with my wife, grandson, and granddaughter and hundreds of others, waiting for GWB I's funeral train to pass. Now his grandson is a petty crook, involved in an attempt to impeach a duly elected (he won with 80% of the vote) Attorney General of Texas. AG Ken Paxton's crime? Standing up to Joe Biden (and FBI Gestapo Tactics) and winning ruling after ruling in SCOTUS. Sickening actually.
Not a pleasant thought knowing we may have lost our Constitutional Republic forever. November 2024 will decide everything.
Trump 2024 - They're really after you, I'm just standing in their way.
