Here we go again!

Judge is Paula Xinis, BHO appointee.

A judge has ruled the U.S. government must return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland father mistakenly deported to El Salvador in March, by the end of Monday.

The judge handed that ruling down Friday afternoon in a courtroom in Greenbelt, Maryland.

The White House had cast Kilmar Abrego Garcia, 29, as an MS-13 gang member and asserted that U.S. courts lack jurisdiction over the matter because the Salvadoran national is no longer in the U.S.

Wait a second, you're upset that someone that was mistakenly put in a foreign prison has to be returned?

Has no standing to rule. This is only making them look stupid. I don’t care if the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled it would be a joke. This is tantamount to a court order the release of prisoners from a war zone. The only one able to order the military is the Commander and Chief.

Wait, you want a lunatic liberal judge to return an MS13 criminal?

The administration acknowledged that he was mistakenly put there.

The Trump administration acknowledged in court records earlier this week that his deportation was a mistake, which it attributed to an “administrative error.” But the U.S. government says it has no jurisdiction to order his return because he is in a foreign country.

He's Salvadorean back in the home country. He came to the US illegally and was, for whatever reason, given protection against deportation. Well, that gig is up. Despite the 'administrative' error, I have no doubt he shouldn't be here and was probably involved in gang activity.

Any more questions?!?!

Yeah, he needs to be protected from rival gangs in his home country. He should remain loose in the US.

Seems to contradict what all the idiots here are saying.

But hey, he's brown, has a Latino name and it's a ruling challenging Trump - of course he's a POS scum.

That is not the words the admin used. The facts are the judge tried to step in. He was already found to be ms 13.

So no mistake was made. In any sense of the definition

Let's say he was deported at least part on a basis that was inaccurate

But that he was here illegally and is now back in his country.

What do you propose we do?
