No telling, as in other cases it's a wait and see what the lawyers say. I imagine there will be statements from state AG's in the court's jurisdiction too. I have a Springfield Saint AR pistol that has a blade brace, I'm not raring to put an adjustable stock on it yet but I've got a few shopping carts ready when I have that cash burning a hole and there isn't a tool I want more on sale...

silencer shop. that is the company i used to buy my suppressor for my G21 .45 cal glock.
i put it in a gun trust that SS made for me to avoid red tape. still have my tax stamp in my safe with suppressor.
let me know when i can trash it.
sure would be nice to buy all that now with no waiting months and months on the ATF to process.

Just saw a video from PSA that implied in addition to those groups, 15 states signed on to the case.
Would that mean citizens of those states are included in the ruling?

The Supreme Court needs to strike down excessive Concealed Carry Gun permit fees, it should be the same price as driver licence and work in every State. Carrying a gun anywhere in the country should be a Constitutional right with no restricted zones.

This decision will likely be challenged up to the 5th circuit, where I expect it will be upheld (with 5th circuit being arguably the most pro-2A circuit of all). After that, a challenge by the ATF or other party could send it to SCOTUS. There could also be another circuit court ruling contravening this, which could then provide impetus for SCOTUS to take it up.
I think ultimately the NFA will be largely struck down in the next 5 years. This case opens the door for all those pieces to fall into place.
So, for most people, nothing will change in the meantime. But if and when the NFA is struck down in large part, you'll be able to go into a store, pay, and walk out with a suppressor. And put a stock on an 11" rifle instead of a "pistol brace".

Member of GOA and customer of SS and PSA, and have stack of stamps in the safe. One of these days in the near future cans will be in blister packs at Academy. It is total bullshite a device to save ones hearing is on restricted list like it is. It might be the only damn thing Rs get done in the last couple years but it is a pretty big one.

We still gonna have to wait months for backorders to come in. There wont be a single can on a shelf for a long time if this sticks. Not only that but get ready for flood of price increases on the cans themself IMO.
