a buddy of mine is an attorney that represents me from time to time. all of my communications with him are not covered under attorney client privelage. only what deals with teh cases at hand is and is marked as such.

If any of yall ever get sued unbackup everything and throw it all in the ocean before you get a subpoena for your records. start fresh!

So they can likely re-examine Miss Willis and Mr Wade. Dis gonna be good. Edit: although it would be fun, probably not the best strategy. She’s already hung her self. No need to let her testify more.

Let’s go ahead and draft the perjury charge sheet.

I felt somewhat bad for Wade's attorney. I don't think he had any intention of being part of this circus AND he texted the incriminating information (in a gossipy way) to blue dress.

This is what happens when you are partnered up with a dumbass.

Could be a business partnership or a marriage but never a good idea.

I don't think any of them understood proper billing, accounting, etc. procedures.

I’d love to see how Wade handles his IOLTA account.

I'm going to enjoy watching those two smug arse pieces of shite going down hard.

The phone records show that they not only lied in court filings, but lied under oath. That has to be grounds for disbarment, right?

I 100% disagree with this. Wade 100% knew how he was billing and how unethical it was. He wasn’t concerned. He thought he was in the inner circle. He thought he had cover from the White House and the cow that was giving him the free milk.

A DA wouldn’t hire a special prosecutor to prosecute Donald Trump if he and his firm didn’t know how to bill or have proper accounting practices.

Or would she?

Georgia bar is unlikely to act on that unless she keeps pushing the matter.

And I think she will because she is an arrogant bitch who thinks she can bluster her way out of anything.

She will be unhinged and it would be great. The blonde chick will have her screaming racism and the old guy will have her in tears.

Yeah. People trying to make this into anything more than this are stretching, IMHO. She was hooking up her boyfriend.
