He refused a stay until appeal? What a HACK! There should be an immediate emergency appeal filed with the appropriate authority for a stay and this "judge" should be disciplined if possible.

So you think they should be able to subpoena anyone's information just because they want it? They should have unfettered access to any information they want as long as they just make up some unjustified reason as to why they want it? You're pretty pathetic
