Judge Overseeing General Flynn Sentencing Dismissed Similar Case in 2009 Due to Fraudulent 302 Documents and DOJ “Misconduct”.

of the US government against General Michael Flynn, has seen government corruption before. In 2009 the judge dismissed the DOJ’s case against Alaska Republican Senator Ted Stevens due to government corruption.
In 2008 Republican Senator Ted Stevens, who was the longest serving Republican Senator in history, was found guilty on eight felony counts brought by the US government. A few days later, Senator Stevens lost his election in Alaska.

When the sentencing finally came down in 2009, the case was dismissed due to DOJ corruption. But it was ultimately too late for Senator Stevens who lost his re-election a few months earlier. It was just another DOJ set-up. And Obama and Democrats ended up with a super-majority in the US Senate with 60 seats.

Stephens was still fighting to get his name cleared when he died in a plane crash.

IIRC, the DOJ buried the case at that point since Stephens had died.

If this happens can Flynn sue to get some of his extorted funds back?

If the judge is seeking truth and justice he will dismiss this case and reprimand Mueller.

My God, the snowflakes would commit mass suicide ala Jim Jones style if he dismisses the charges against Flynn.

Gotta admit, I don't know how upset I would be. Don't care what side of the political aisle you are on, if one doesn't see that this whole investigation has been a political hit job sham from the start, I don't know that they belong here anymore.

Umm.. FLYNN pled guilty.. He's admitted to his crimes.

The 'corrupt' DOJ had enough evidence that Flynn's attorney's knew he was toast..
DOJ corruption??-- Fox news holla!

But keep defending him, Trumpkin.

Move to Russia, Komrade.

I think the fed govt should pay for council to file a civil suit against Mueller (as a private citizen) and the henchmen and bled them dry financially.

Aren't some of the prosecutors in this case also on Mueller's team now?

Not really hard to keep two cases separate... I mean with a fully functioning brain it isn't... for you, I can see the issue...
