It's mainly the location. People get stop searched by the tsa hundreds of times a day in America without committing a hint of a crime.

You do realize there's a difference between being out in the general public not attempting to get on a plane and just going about your daily business versus trying to board aircraft right? Do I really have to explain it

Gumpy, why do I expect your next post to be "cut me mick".

You have been given several examples of existing security that we deal with every day, this is no different. Yet you insist its okay for total lawlessness to protect the rights of a few to the demise of the majority. Thats simply not how it works in a republic, and it never has been.

As a sidenote, personal attacks are a clear indication you have lost the debate.........

You chose to get on that highway the same way you chose to enter that airport.

halt indiscriminate immigration stops and arrests

Your honor, we pulled over 10 people. The 5 white ones were citizens. Two of the brown ones were citizens and three were not.

So Mr Officer, you only arrested the brown ones? That’s unconstitutional…..

We live in a free country where we are supposed to be able to go about our business unless we give law enforcement a reason to think we are breaking the law about to break the law or just broke the law.

Guess you've never heard of DUI checkpoints.

So the left court shops, and finds shady ways to skirt the law. Anyone have ideas on on Homan will be able to skirt this "ruling" whole it's being appealed? They need more busts there to show that ICE has a job to do, and will continue to do so. I guess as long as they down write down in the report that they went after "brown" people they should be good.

This woman should have to revise herself as she's obviously connected more to her immigrant past than being an American and what's best for this nation.

Where on fricking Earth that I advocate for total lawlessness? You think our fourth amendment supports total lawlessness? You think please having to have an actual specified reason for pulling you over is total lawlessness? Good God

I still say if a state wants to flaunt federal law let them, the federal law should then stop any inter-state travel......

Highways, airports, water that crosses into the state, outside state power generation, SWIFT banking system, the internet. Tell them to call us when they want to be a state again.

carrying out warrantless arrests

Ignorant dems don't seem to realize ICE does not need a warrant to arrest someone unless they are entering a private residence.
