If he lives (and behaves), he'll be out when he's 35ish.

To give a reduced sentence to a person that shows no remorse is definitely impeachable.

“the way he got affected by society, ect…” (as he was mouthing off that he didn’t care about anybody or anything) An actual judge speaks like this?

Again, we HAVE to be living in a fricking matrix.

Yes, and can be out in 10 to 14 with behavior ect.

A person was raped and kidnapped, motherfricker. Give me 1 reason we need him out sooner.

Says who? The judge has the final say here and remorse, or lack thereof, is only one factor that they may use in deciding how they're going to sentence someone.

32.5 years is still a long time for those crimes

Not nearly long enough for rapists.

That little arrogant POS is going to have a hard time in prison. You can tell from his attitude that he is going to piss a lot of people off and that is addition to him being a rapist who supposedly have a hard time in prison. 32 years of getting arse raped will suffice. 65 would have been better but as long as he does not get out early on parole then I am not really upset.

I had a similar thought also. A 10-pointer is gonna have his way with this button-buck.

I don't mean legally. I mean it impeaches her professionalism and judicial standing in the public eye.

The word has more than one meaning.

Who (other than Cubbies) gives a frick how he was affected by.... anything... that doesn't make you unable to differentiate between right and wrong. Or a least doesn't make you unable to know that kidnapping and raping are a no-no.

In that case, yeah. It's a shitty deal, but again, not as egregious as a lot of shite I've seen. Murderers being sentenced to 7 frickin years and shite.

Or apparently they're just gonna start emptying the jails in California here soon.

Our system has a lot of frickin issues at this point. I'm glad this dude was sentenced to substantial time, period. 32 years is a long time. I have a hard time believing this a-hole will be released for any sort of good behavior. Hell, I would say there's a good chance he either dies or spends the rest of his life in prison with the way he acts.

Eh. 32.5 years is still a long time for those crimes when people can be let out for 7 after actually murdering someone.

Prison seems completely unnecessary to me in cases like this.

What is it they said in the bible? Better to have a millstone tied around their neck and be tossed in the water than hurt a child?

Good enough for the bible... good enough for me.

Man, if it were me, I would give violent offenders exactly one chance to change their ways. Give them a lengthy prison sentence and let them have another shot. If they repeat ANY violent offense, firing squad.

Of course, I'm not talking murder here. I'm talking lesser violent offense. In my eyes, when it comes to murder, it should be an eye for an eye.

Those are usually plea bargains, or lack of evidence leading to a lesser charge, etc.

There was no question in this case. Ample evidence, lack of remorse, etc.

This is bad.

If you rape a child and the evidence is clear to me that’s as bad or worse than capital murder.

The data is crystal clear that pedos cannot be fixed via therapy.

I guess it's easy to say how things should be when it comes to sentencing guidelines. I guess in reality there is a lot of nuance involved.

This thread isn't about pedophilia. I agree with you there, but it's not the subject of this discussion.

Not a matrix.

It’s a color revolution.

We’re being conditioned to no longer trust our judicial systems to sew dissent and allow a revolution.

One side sees racism behind every bush and acts tribal as a result.

The other side watches child rapists be pled down in the name of the racism I mentioned above.

It’s part of an actual playbook our intel agencies have run against numerous other countries for decades and we are all living through it being run against America on behalf of the globalists in response to their losing power to Trump and the populist MAGA movement here.

The fact that Trump allows his DOJ to let it play out with the Epstein saga unfolding as it has raises as many questions as it answers however as far as what his game actually is and what control he actually has because he’s sure as hell normal wielding it against his enemies.
