and you think that won’t happen?

So far the judge has ordered them to do one or the other multiple times and they haven’t.

Maybe eventually they will, but so far they aren’t obeying the law.

Did you go to Harvard to learn to make 7 posts about a law you don’t understand?

Blindly following authority isn’t “law and order”.

Lots of connotation camp guards said exactly what you did.

Of course, this hinges on whether deporting some gang members is a national security concern as in statecraft.

Rather specious argument in my opinion but the Trump II administration is pushing the limits of what they think they can get away with to find their limits amongst the checks and balances system.

And what do you think happens next? Your time in here seems to show you graduated lsu around the same time or just after me. You should know the answer to this.

Doesnt need “state secret” privelege when executive privilege exists.

Further if the President cannot access SS documentation within his own branch… there’s zero reason to think another branch can have access to another branch’s documents. Zero. Zip. Nada. Zilch. None.

There is a lot of reasons to think otherwise...the rest of US jurisprudence and case law.

It exists but it doesn’t apply here.

But if you disagree maybe write a letter to the DOJ and let them know they should claim it instead of suggesting they may claim
state secret privilege.

The President decides what is Classified..id produce it and tell Boasberg it is Secret.

You KNOW he's going to leak it and when he does..he is not above the law.

Cuff him and stuff him.

who is putting people on a plane to a human rights violation factory in el salvador and arguing that he shouldn’t have any judicial oversight while he does it?

Is that my guys?

Or are yall loading the box cars?

This whole thread is y’all arguing “Trump is right and I don't even want him to have to prove to anyone he’s right”

If that’s not blindly following someone idk what is.

What party was in power when there were actual camps on US soil rounding up US Citizens and holding them?

Hint..it was NOT the GOP.

WHO GIVES A frick WHAT THIS JUDGE ORDERS. This judge is on the lowest rung of the judiciary.

There are 600 of these fricking judges in the US. More than congress and it takes a vote of Congress. And they are only in charge of their little district not the entire US

One, essentially federal traffic court judge, DOES NOT have the authority to demand the Executive not perform their Constitutional duty
