If he was beating up Jewish students, toss him.

If he was blocking students' access to class, now we're getting into murkier waters, but I guess you can say he was denying people their rights or whatever, toss him.

If he was just screaming at people or chanting death to Israel, that's pretty weak to deport him for.

"Trespassing" idk, also really weak.
He was the organizer, was he not?

Has anyone bothered to read an update on this POS, (IMO) if anything the new administration at Columbia requested or cooperated with the Feds to get this POS out of their hair and permanently off their campus.

quote:

He was among those under investigation by a new university committee that brought disciplinary charges against dozens of students for their pro-Palestinian activism, according to The Associated Press

Apparently, Columbia has not granted him his Master’s degree that he was supposed to have been awarded in December.

quote:

Columbia University retains the right to suspend or revoke a postgraduate degree due to disciplinary action following an investigation and disciplinary process that may include hearings, and a determination that the student violated academic or institutional policies. The sanction, if imposed, could include suspension or revocation of the degree.

Evidently, he reached out to the interim university president worried about his future and possible arrest and found out. She gave no reply.

quote:

Khalil emailed interim university president Katrina Armstrong the night before his arrest to request her help in securing legal support and other protections following what he described as a “dehumanizing doxing campaign against him,” according to court documents.

Good enough. I'm swooning my arse off.

My biggest problem is we are not deporting enough of those sheep shagging trash.

If they don't eat pork then send them away.

THEY aren't American.

Too bad they don't wipe their asses.

They could use green cards.

Well it's a nine page thread. Can you tell me the page the link to his "anti-American speech" is on? I'll click the link and read all about his Anti-American speech for myself.

Can you post the link? I'd like to read the full article those quotes you listed came from.

Thanks for the link. I read that article earlier. Although it says he was "under investigation" by the university. It doesn't say they found any wrong doing or took disciplinary action. Maybe they did though.

As far as reaching out to the university president. The article says he sent an email. It doesn’t say wether she replied or not but to your point, she may not have.

I can't find anything on wether or not his degree is being withheld, only that he graduated in December with a masters degree. Maybe they're not awarded until he walks at the end of spring.

Anyway, it's a good article.

ICE may not even need a warrant

They need a warrant in this case. They do not need to give information to his defense team. This is not a criminal case. My source is an interview with a state department representative I heard on the radio while driving to work

The reason I know they had a warrant is because they arrested the suspect in his home. A warrant signed by a judge is required in that instance.

IMPEACH

Judge Jesse M. Furman

Well, I guess its no surprise that this tards wife is the schoolmaster in NYC at the school where parents were pulling their kids out of her $51,000 a year tuition school because her staff was badgering them over their white privilege

These people are metally corrupt

Jesse M. Furman. Spouse Ariela Dubler
quote:

Dubler, a former Columbia Law professor, heads a prominent pluralistic Jewish day school in Manhattan

quote:

The father of a Manhattan fourth grader who yanked his daughter out of school earlier this year because of critical race theory being injected into the curriculum plans to sue the school for defamation after administrators accused him of lying, he said.

Dad Harvey Goldman says his secret weapon in the impending case is a September 2020 Zoom call with Ariela Dubler, who heads the Abraham Heschel School, which he surreptitiously taped.

But in the Sept. 20, 2020 Zoom call, Dubler indicated she knew that Goldman was upset with new anti-racism initiatives at the school, and encouraged him to take his daughter out, since he was unhappy about the curriculum, Goldman told The Post “They called me a liar and it’s just not true and luckily I have this tape,” Goldman said.

I owe you, hankaggie69 and other Soros paid liberal, commies nothing. Cut to the chase here. He and all his ilk & sympathizers should be rounded up and sent to the middle east. Why? You ever heard of The Knights Templar? Do you know why the Marine Corp. was started? Have you any idea how bad the European situation? This all is trying to tell something. Idiots and bleeding hearts won't get it.

If they are Muslim send them back before we begin to kill each other. ... uh, too late. Mitigate.

This judge doesn’t even have jurisdiction in this case. He’s grandstanding.

For the 7923rd time (in this thread alone) where is any evidence whatsoever that this guy supported HAMAS.

We’ll pull your head out of your arse moron because there have been screen shots on this board where he called for the eradication of western society. He gave an interview saying they would not leave the occupied encampment after being ordered to and he was on campus grounds after being told he was not welcomed (he is no longer a student). I know you like to play some academic contrarian, but you are looking like a moron. It isn’t a free speech issue, it is a conduct issue and while on a green card that is all it takes.

I have not seen this purported screenshot, and it would appear that none of the other posters looking for evidence of support for Hamas have seen it either.

Perhaps you can provide a link?

Well that, but it's actually valid reasoning if he's here on a green card and not a student visa.

If he's here on a green card and not a student visa, then what the hell is he doing leading a protest on a college campus? Why is he even on a college campus? Is he working for the university in some role?

Because he sought and obtained permanent resident status?

In your mind, can a permanent resident not pursue an education?
