You caught that as well, lol.
Then again congress has no control over writing laws, those have been written by the administrative state for decades, I guess the judge feels the same about the executive branch.
It's the toddler tantrum method of governing:
"I WANT MY BUREAUCRACY! PUT IT BACK!"

I graduated with a BSCHE from LSU and proceeded to enroll at Loyola Law School in their night school program. After 2.5 years and 51 hours credit, I dropped out and went with physical chemistry. The ethics displayed in the law profession was so bad, I just could not do it.

I heard someone on here just this last week argue "there is no such thing as an Independent Agency" and I was like
What I find particularly interesting about this issue is the ability of Congress to create a watchdog over the executive branch and yet nobody can create a watchdog over Congress

Historically, the Executive was limited to the specific power within the specific framework of the words of Congress (again, outside of specific language in the Constitution).
It's interesting how you never come down on the side of Trump.
According to you Trump is going to lose every case, nothing he does is legal and every judge is correct.
Just crazy how that happens.

Ignoring the fact that that is not true, this is a trump echo chamber and suffering from all the perils of the Idiocracy and dishonest content creators.

I've never seen you once say that one of these judges is wrong or over reaching or anything of the sort. Never. Ever.
Oh please break up the echo chamber for the sake of breaking up the echo chamber. Honest evaluation be damned.
We all know lawyers can spin an argument either way they want. You aren't impressing anyone dissenting just to dissent.

Idiocracy and dishonest content creators
That's rich coming from someone who can't be honest with themself and admit what lawfare actually is.
tgrgrd00 nailed it with their post describing you.
