Why the hell should I pay for commercial real estate? The productivity of my employees is easily measured. I've had zero issues with wfh.
Who is making you buy commercial real estate?

Yea people forget a lot of wasted time at the office. You have the bathroom, you got the walk to the water cooler, longer lunches and more people to chat with.
I split my time as a hybrid. If I have something that only relies on me getting shite done I often save home and gain 2 plus hours of time to knock shite out.

Other than being told it's so, he's allegedly an hourly employee who can't WFH, so he's jelly.
When you cook the fries at home, they get cold before you can get them to the customer.

A prime example of the dumbasses defending work from home. This guy saying workers are worried about childcare cost. If you are taking care of a child you are not working. Get your Fraudster arse back in the office

Yeah because spending time commuting, going on 1 hour lunches and 30 minute shits is great for productivity

BS that we are on team Trump/America.

Anybody who has ever WFH knows the "frick off" tendency is real.
As opposed to the “frick off” factor of spending 90 minutes at the water cooler bitching about Karen from accounting, 2.5 hour lunches, and the 45 min talking with a co-worker in their office about last night’s game.

Just bullshite fake PR.
They know profit and margins better than any on the damn planet.
This is virtue signaling.

Here is another WFH Slacker filming TikToks and telling his bosses that's why his productivity dropped. It's the WFH Culture

Companies can save a lot of money divesting of corporate real estate by promoting WFH.
Correct but many are locked into 10-20 year terms with horrible penalties to break it
Or they own their CRE

Hourly employees don't understand this simple concept.

If a job can be done remotely, why ask them to waste their time commuting to jam up the roads more and drive the demand of gas up more?
Because more work gets done in the office, the quality of work is better, and the collaboration is far and away better. There are more resources AT the facility, and if someone needs hands on assistance, then everyone is there.
WFH can get the essentials done, but it simply doesn’t equal the output of a facility environment.
Are WFH people happier than office workers? Yes. Do companies care? No. They're paying for your output, not your happiness.

There is a lot of data out there that says this isn't necessarily true.
Also, you have to include the savings on office space into the equation. Even if there is a small efficiency lag, it has to add up to a greater cost than those savings.

I never want to work remote but this is spot on.
