She couldn’t grasp that they didn’t actually define what constitutes harassment or intimidation. They left that purposefully vague so it can be used as a weapon whenever they deem necessary.

This. "Harassment" and "intimidation" could simply mean becoming agitated, animated, and simply raising your voice. This "memo" is to quell dissent among the masses because they don't like what they see at their local school boards, particularly in Loudon County, Virginia.

But, we already know leftists say words are violence -- hell, they claim "silence is violence," too. That's how easy it'll be for the FBI to justify intervening on behalf of school boards to target angry and passionate citizens. Words and sentiments will be deemed "violence" and prosecuted under federal laws. This country is facing serious trouble.
