In this talk, Jordan Peterson often directly and rhetorically asks the same question, "Why do 'they' seem to hate humanity so much?" with no satisfactory resolution.
He can't appear to wrap his mind around why these climate-change driven policies all lead to one logically evident conclusion with 0 positive benefit, contrary to what the narratives tout - i.e. to benefit mankind, rather conclusively, they all convey an absolute hatred towards humanity.
Here's my answer to you Mr. Peterson: It is because these Globalists hate you and I. Yes, they hate humanity because Satan hates all things created by God, especially those created in His own image (imago Dei), humans.

It is really simple ... control energy, control the masses. Fossil fuels are relatively cheap and plentiful. And, they deliver more energy per effort to obtain than any other source including nuclear.

Yeah, and there is also a psychological aspect to this. The vast majority of leftists are atheists. I've read some articles long ago that the rejection of life after death causes some people to yearn for 'heaven on earth during my life.'
That's where Utopia Now comes from. And, on a personal level, if you ask someone...'How could your life be perfect?' some would say 'Everyone would be like me.'

Whether relevant or not, the Pharisees were looking for a Messiah whose kingdom would be earthly, not heavenly. It is why they were so threatened by Jesus' teachings of a heavenly kingdom, one that would be intangible to them...

I've been watching the series "The Chosen." The series takes a lot of liberty with the dialogue to make a series such as this possible but the biblical story and the teachings of Christ, our Lord and Savior is not too bad.

Through out our planet's history way back into paleo-eras, warm periods have been fecund with life. It's the cold ones that cause mass deaths and extinctions.
