John McCain's Tumor

It's called glioblastoma, the same type of cancer that killed Ted Kennedy. Obviously being a democrat is a risk factor, and it usually strikes men over the age of 55.
After a cursory internet search, it seems as though McCain should be pretty far gone at this point. From what I have read, he probably doesn't know where he is, much less which world leaders are meeting in Finland. Granted, I feel certain he is receiving top notch care at the VA in Phoenix, the one he made sure was one of the best medical centers in the country, you know, cause he loves vets. So maybe I'm wrong?? Yeah, right.
Anyone have any personal or professional experience with glioblastoma?
My question is, how is he able to communicate such salient, yet traitorous, thoughts as yesterday's rant; which was unusually nasty, even for McCain.
McCain is a POS and is king of the swamp, but his last couple of public proclamations have been more hateful than usual. Is someone speaking on his behalf?? And if so, will this person or persons dictate Cindy McCain's actions when she takes over his seat???
The swamp has big plans for her, I believe. Grieving widow hell bent on following through on her dearly departed hero husband's last wishes - Bring Trump Down.
Is this what the people of Arizona want?

At one time I posted on here that I hoped the cancer kills McCain quickly, but I realize now that that isn't right. What I now hope for is that it drags on and is excruciatingly painful for this old motherfricker.
