The John Kelly episode does bring up an interesting question to me. I personally think guys like this run the country and do what they want. That's now how it's supposed to work. At what point is their failure to take orders from the CIC treason?
An unlawful order can be refused- but is still subject to review. It's a matter of judgement, not opinion.
