They would have to accept immunity.
Which they may already have. There were rumblings Page was given immunity for her testimony in Congress ages ago.

And are you now arguing the Trump admin is somehow violating the law by issuing subpoenas over something we were telling you in real time was happening 8 frickin years ago and you were denying?

Lynch has been suspected to have turned stool pigeon, years ago. Don't you think it's odd that she's one of the highest ranking officials from the Obama administration and we haven't heard so much as a sniff from her since Trump's hand hit the Bible in 2017?
HRC was the one soliciting her support in exchange for RBG's SCOTUS seat. If she sings in exchange for immunity, I'm fine with it... so long as it's for bigger names on the list.

The Fed Grand Jury I am waiting on will be in play February 2026 in Florida. Stay away from fans. It is about to get nasty.
