It was is mask he just had on breathing into.
You can see biden put it in is hand that goes over the shoulder of the boy. he still has it in that hand when he reaches for the boys hand.
Its fricking weird because he didnt just hand it to him. He cusped his hand for a moment then just leaves the used mask in the kids hand.

"It's alarming......." That's exactly my perspective, too. He knows he's surrounded by cameras & eyeballs & he still pulls this crap. It's almost beyond compulsive unless he's so far gone that he's oblivious to what he's doing. That one where he pinched the little girl's nipple was incredible. Wondering if his handlers ever mention this kind of behavior to him? Or to Dr. Jill?
