Imagine being someone that touts the fact gas is cheaper by .50 or 1.00 than the previous year, even though it's still several dollars higher than when pedojoe took office. huuur duuuur

Biden taking credit for lowering gas prices to roughly 50% more than they were under Trump is like the wife beater taking credit for only blackening ONE of his wifes eyes.

Biden angers all sides with scaled back offshore oil drilling plan
quote:
Sept 29 (Reuters) - The Biden administration's plan to slash offshore oil and gas leasing drew fire from both the fossil fuel industry and environmentalists on Friday, with energy companies saying it will raise fuel prices and greens saying it undermines efforts to stop global warming.
The criticism from both sides reflects the difficulty Biden's White House has had in dealing with U.S. oil extraction policies, as it seeks to balance national energy security with the need to cut greenhouse gas emissions to fight climate change. Biden had promised on the campaign trail to end new federal leasing, but has been blocked by the courts from doing so, and discouraged by rising pump prices that political analysts say could hurt his chances of reelection.

All that extra money spent on gas the past few years isn't making its way back into my wallet.

I posted this 2 weeks ago:
quote:
Today's oil price is just below the highest point of Trump's Presidency (July 2018 and Oct 2018). For the most part it's been significantly higher than the PPB average under Trump during Biden's entire Presidency.
Why is that? When you get an Administration in the office who has said, on many occasion, that he will reduce our Oil Drilling/Refining because.. GLOBAL WARMING! prices will escalate. The rhetoric has subsided this year and the O&G drilling has increased. Why? Because they need to drill as much as possible now, because the future is completely murky and there is no guarantee on future profit expansion in O&G.
Another Biden Presidency will see a renewed attack on O&G out of the gate. He doesn't have to come out and roll-back some of his ridiculous policies in 2023 through the election, he just doesn't have to enforce them.. For now.
Mark my words, if fuel prices stay low through the election cycle, Biden will be waving the flag of LOOK WHAT I DID! until election day.
..and all of the Democrat lemmings will lap that shite up.

Nothing new. Democrats are idiots.

Well, because it was below $2 under Trump you dumb fricks
Yes when Trump Admin shut the country down and was paying everyone to sit at home and nobody was working/driving. Are you seriously praising gas prices in that scenario

You can thank the federal courts for telling Biden to go pound sand, but whatever makes you feel better groomer.

Oh really?
What does this graph tell us about a Trump and his gas prices?

He won’t answer, he’s too ate up with TDS to realize he’s a dumbass but that’s why he’s on the other side of this issue. You have the current President promising to end fossil fuels (not good for prices) and the only reason it’s not higher is because his plan to end new federal leases got shut down by the courts. Would be even cheaper with the pipeline he shut down. Roncucks is a fricking dipshit idiot loser.

Trump NEVER had gas prices lower than Obama’s final two years in office. He inherited low gas prices then they went up then he locked the country down to lower them. That’s NOT an accomplishment.

That he was much better than Obama and Biden when it comes to gas prices? Is this supposed to be a “gotcha”? What a moron.

Incorrect. We have the lowest gas prices in 5 years.

I won’t? I just posted a graphic that showed Trump NEVER had gas prices lower than Obama’s last two years in office and they only went down when Trump stupidly locked the damn country down and nobody was working/driving. That’s how Trump ‘lowered’ gas prices. That’s not a good thing.
