Because it has been said it was a rogue fraction of the CIA involved.

Watching the film of the assassination , Jackie frantically crawls onto the trunk of the Limo after the shot to JFK.
Why did she do that? Jackie was trying to retrieve the brain tissue of JFK.
If Oswald shot JFK from the 6th floor of the library, at an downward angle, the brain tissue of JFK would have went to the front of the Limo, perhaps even out side toward the front of the limo.
It doesn't take a ballistics expert to know that any tissue of a gun shot wound is going to go out the other side of the target.
There is no doubt that LBJ at least knew about the hit on JFK and probably looked the other way. J Edgar Hoover probably had intimate knowledge of it as well.

LBJ didn’t just look the other way . On the night of Nov 21 , Johnson and Kennedy got into a huge argument over seating in the motorcade . Johnson wanted his best bud Connelly to ride in his car and Congressmen Ralph Yarborough to ride with Kennedy ,basically trying to save Connelly’s life . Kennedy said “ that I need the conservative branch of the parties vote so I need Connelly to ride with me . Yarborough is a liberal. I have that vote already .”
Also right before the shooting Lbj had slumped down in his seat so he could hear the radio communications of the secret service as the shooting took place. .

That’s what I heard.
She was (understandably) freaking out. I used to think from the footage that she was trying to help the SS agent into the limo…but no. The SS agent was actually pushing HER back into the car.

Many, many times. I have shot many an animal hunting.
And yes, there is some frontal blood & tissue splatter at the entry point of the projectile into the target but most of the blood & tissue will come out of the exit wound.

Great points. Oswald told his girlfriend in New Orleans who wrote the book “Lee and Me” that he thought he was in trouble for one of the Castro plots failing and maybe the fall call. She also provides details about how the exploding cigar was made in their lab, so maybe that is the one. Louisiana plays all into this plot with Barry Seal being the pilot who flew the real gunman out of Dallas.
Anyone who believes the CIA would have allowed someone to detect to Russia and come back here to live here without being under constant surveillance in the 1960s in brain dead.
