The conservative writer and conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi filed a lawsuit on Sunday accusing special counsel Robert Mueller of blackmailing him to lie about President Donald Trump in the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. The suit, which seeks $350 million in actual and punitive damages in U.S. District Court in Washington, was filed six days after Corsi entered a formal complaint with the Justice Department alleging prosecutorial misconduct by Mueller.

Cohen was 100% coerced to lie as well, how else do you reconcile Trump being on tape telling him to make any payments legally with Cohen’s version of events.

Which makes one tend to wonder why the SDNY and SC would invent crimes

Correct NC. The angle they are taking is that Trump made the payoff to help his election, not the fact that he made the payoff. Course they will have to prove he never, ever paid off someone prior to this, otherwise the "help the election" narrative goes out the window. Good luck with that, I dont think at 70 years of age and three marriages, Trump suddenly decided to start paying off chicks to keep quiet.

I have a question. Shouldn't Stormy and Avenatti be in jail for extortion and blackmail?

And Stormy already turned on Avanti and said he made up most of her filing....

Did Stormy report the "income" on her taxes?

What's non-taxable income?

Doesn't matter. Illegal income is also taxable. Ask Al Capone.

True, but the question was asked as if "hush" money was somehow off the books
the bottom line is it was a legal transaction with a binding NDA, in the end Stormy, Avanti AND the SDNY Prosecutors are going to get their asses handed to them.

Why, Corsi is a journalist you see. Can't be having an official bullying and investigating a Free Media. It undermines the entire US Constitution and all.

Jerome Corsi is an American hero

I think it's bullshite that this is the way they title him in a news article.
I have no issue with him being called that in opinion pieces or by pundits, but "conspiracy theorist" is an extremely biased descriptor.
It's like calling Al Sharpton a "race hustler"
