President Trump will fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions probably after the 2018 midterm election results in mid-November.

Do you see Sessions getting fired/or resigning, focusing his time on reclaiming his old Senate seat that he held from 1997 to 2017, running against vulnerable Democratic Sen. Doug Jones, a Southern Democrat who beat crazy perv Roy Moore?

(Yes, Moore was a horrible candidate that the AL GOP nominated).

I would vote for Jones. Sessions is a POS.

Sessions isn't going anywhere before the Most Honest Investigation™ wraps up

I would vote for Sessions, but would prefer someone new.

What can Sessions do?

Holder/Lynch politicized the DOJ to the point of no repair.

AG Giuliani, AG Christie, AG Kobach would have faced the same problems.

I've heard rumors that Tom Battle and Mo Brooks are going to come some sort of agreement, with one going after the Senate Seat and the other taking North Alabama's House seat. I'm hoping they're true.

Even if they aren't though, screw putting that keebler elf back in the swamp.

sessions has no chance of winning a race in alabama...i live here and folks are disgusted by his cowardice...if this happens after he is fired (i hope), i really don't know if the elf can beat jones, especially if jones goes the conservative demon-rat route

What about Sessions for AL governor in 2022 once Gov. Ivey retires?

bs. I live here too. Session would win easily, but there is no way he would want to go back to the Senate. Same reason Spurrier never went back to Florida.

not a chance....want to make somebody cuss?...mention the name, "jeff sessions"...as soon as trump fires his arse, his political career is over, unless he wants to stay in the swamp as an intern on maxine waters staff....he is qualified for that

Sessions was a good Senator regardless of his shitty job performance as AG. This would be the best case scenario

my hope is, as soon as mueller is shut down and sessions is fired, rudy takes over the DOJ and goes scorched earth on every mother fricker from the top, all the way down to the mail room guy wearing pussy hats protesting on the weekend

Appoint someone to investigate his department that is outside of the DOJ and has never been involved with the DOJ for starters.
