Is Mann still here?
He "threatened" to quit when Landry got elected, but last I heard he was still hanging around.

Back in the day we called this Environmental Law, taught by Winston Day (post marijuana bust) and learned about the Chevron standard. We were permitted to draw our own conclusion that the Chevron standard was fascist, as both sides of the issue were discussed.

We know what side I fell on - and I’m glad for once that Justice Roberta and I agree.

If you’re calling it the law of climate change, it seems obvious which side of the chevron debate you fall under, and the very idea that all sides of a legal issue should be debated before it becomes law, is anathema to you.

I hope he’s more than sanctioned. He should be fired. My alma mater needs to rid itself of the wokeness plague it has contracted.

This is a real thing?

Thank you! I have read four pages and nobody has commented on the fact that LSU should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be a class where they are paying somebody to indoctrinate students

It is embarrassing

Yeah I'm not a fan of Landry but a law professor telling Trump voters "you're why black people feel uncomfortable here" is bullshite. He deserves to be reprimanded

I agree, all students should be welcomed in a public university.

Another reason this professor is stupid - Imagine being a black student in that class who does not feel threatened by Trump or who even voted for Trump. Now you've put that student in an awkward position with his classmates.

I think he is whiney but that’s no crime. The professor is saying don’t be an a-hole. We shouldn’t go out of our way to be assholes.

So the likeable, charming fella takes your money and gives it to illegal aliens while the a-hole gives your money back and closes the border.

Just to get the record straight. Professor Bryner teaches Environmental Law and Administrative Law. It's not Climate Change Law. It's mostly EPA stuff, and until recently the Chevron Standard. While I disagree with professor Bryner's opinion and sentiment, I feel this occurring in a Law School class is not nearly as bad as if it occurred in undergrad. Me and my peers or more than capable of forming logical conclusions based on real evidence. We are not nearly as susceptible to indoctrination as undergraduate students. Plus, lawyers love nothing more than arguing that their opinion is right. Thats basically our job description lol.

Meh. I’d hope a law student is capable of filtering out snowflake rants like this.

Meh, I'd hope a professor would be able to self filter and not spew out stupid platitudes to his students.
