JD Vance asked about Tucker Carlson: Dana Loesch Commentary

quote:Summary: JD Vance addressed Tuckers endorsement of Abdul El-Sayed. He calls Abdul El -Sayed "a crazy person."
JD Vance gets asked directly about his friendship with Tucker Carlson while hosting The White House Press Briefing and completely dodges the answer.
Regarding Carlson calling for Trumps impeachment, JD Vance says he doesn't agree with Carlsons comments about the Ptesident.
Then says Tucker Carlson is a good friend and wont throw him under the bus. Vance is quite casual about the impeachment of Trump issue (BTW: Which would make Vance President)
Watch the clip and tell me what you think about Vances answers...

Quote Tucker's exact words. If they are an actual endorsement of El-Sayed, I will watch the video when I have time.

Impeachment wouldn’t make Vance President without the Senate following through, which will never happen. Vance isn’t waiting his time on a gotcha question.

He didn't endorse Sayed. He says he won't vote for Sayed's opponent, which got clipped a million times but cuts off Tucker's explanation. Tucker's reasoning is Mike Rodgers (Sayed's opponent) is a typical lunatic neocon. Tucker later calls Sayed woke and says he wishes someone would run based on economic populism without the social craziness.

All I usually say is that Rubio is the clear choice over J.D. Vance in 2028, but SADLY Vance is not who many think he is.
Downbote away, but you're merely showing your own ignorance of Vance.

This happens too often:
-Some influencer dishonestly edits a clip to make a conservative who criticizes President Trump look like a villain to gain clicks and revenue (who has time/wants a balanced, fair discussion based on actual facts?)
-Someone innocently (who has time to vet EVERYTHING?) posts the dishonest clip
-Posters who point out the dishonesty are forever tarred (regardless of facts) as being two things:
1) pro-whoever-the-desired-villain-is (Massie! Tucker! Joe Kent! MTG!) and
2) anti-Trump

Yep, I know so many people who (rightly) don't trust mainstream media because they used this tactic against Trump so frequently, yet those same people eat up that same style of attack when it goes against anyone Trump doesn't like. It's frustrating to say the least

Tucker doesn’t live in Michigan.
He can’t vote for either.
His comment was a pointed criticism of the neocon deep state candidate in Rogers. Tucker believes, and he’s not alone, that Israel First AIPAC has too much influence in our elections. And Rogers did three AIPAC fundraising events recently.
But Michigan needs to support the deep state over the DSA.
What a sad choice.

Exactly. It was ridiculous when MSM edited to smear Trump with:
Charlottesville! Shoot Liz Cheney in the face! He's calling for a literal bloodbath!
Shouldn't we condemn the same dishonest tactics? They get in the way of the truth.

There was a thread yesterday about Tucker and some interview he did.
A series of tweets with absolute lies in the titles and body of the tweet
And because of the hate for Tucker here, confirmation bias took control and the lie was repeated and made their truth even in the face of Grok correcting their lies.
ETA: I didn’t notice the lie in the original post in this thread stating Tucker endorsed the DSA candidate.

If tweet fails to load, click here.quote:
Tucker Carlson basically endorses Abdul El-Sayed for the U.S. Senate
He said he would not vote for Mike Rogers at gunpoint, called him a “tool of Israel,” and praised El-Sayed for “taking on” AIPAC.
Tucker and Saagar Enjeti agreed that El-Sayed is running an “America First” campaign and said they would bet on him to win.
Then Tucker said no one should be further from a position of power than Mike Rogers.
Posted on 9/4/26 at 8:45 am to cajunangelle
Ivory won’t accept that. However why should anyone trust Tucker since he said he was on the right but registered as a democrat?
Posted on 9/4/26 at 8:46 am to cajunangelle
He also made up crap about what the Jewish blood libel is.
