That's all true but the national Dems are currently miles to the left of those positions. It's going to take multiple lost elections to bring them back to the reality of middle class voters. And probably even longer to coax their loons back with them. Tulsi Gabbard is considerably further left than Edwards and they look at her and see Archie Bunker.

Perfect name for a JBE supporter

You'll find most of the things you used to describe JBE are simply part of a facade. When things get down to the lick log, he'll most likely choose party over principle. He gave money to Stacey Abrams and rubs elbows with fundraisers for Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton. JBE is a fraud.

I love that this one specific stat keeps getting used.
Jan 2018 - Jan 2019 gained jobs
Feb-Feb gained jobs
Mar-Mar gained jobs
Apr-Apr gained jobs
May-May gained jobs
Jun-Jun no change
July-July Lost jobs
Aug-Aug (preliminary numbers) gained jobs
Ok...now how did Louisiana compare to other states in those respective time frames?

Scared of what? I have lived thru many useless politicians. JBE is simply the current clown who sits on the dunce stool. Now go back to the black board and put your nose in the chalk ring.

Sounds like a panderer and not a principled man.
How long before

tacked on to the end of it?
That is what you have to ask yourself with people like JBE (and 99.9% of politicians). I actually find it refreshing to hear a difference of opinion in my preferred candidate on a small issue. At least that way I know they aren't just pandering on the other issues we do hold similar feelings toward.

he'll most likely choose party over principle.
And he caught heat from the national Democrat leaders for doing so.
But I'm still not going to vote for him...

What if I told you that the Louisiana GOP has no power or influence over which republicans decide to run or not run for a given office because this is an open primary state.

True, but you can chalk that up to "broken clock syndrome."

That's called doing the bare minimum for political survival in Louisiana and something he can safely buck national democrats on. That's all he's done, the bare minimum.
I can promise you when it comes to actual action on pro-life issues, the people that matter that are paying attention and understand the nuts and bolts of them are less than impressed and are not supporting him for reelection.
Did you know the woman he has leading the department of health is actually a pro-abortionist and is a big supporter of pills that causes abortions?

LA GOP is a joke. Remember when Trump won the LA presidential primary but someone else got more delegates? This is why we are last in everything good and tops in everything bad. There is almost no difference in the political parties in the state. But we, the voters keep sending the same dirty SOBs to Baton Rouge.

Well, I didn't really intend it as arguing but you actually said that the candidates are extreme left and I pointed out that those candidates seem to reflect the current Dem base pretty accurately.

Are you being paid for this or did JBE’s campaign ask around regarding staffers that have a TD account with just enough posts and an account creation date to not stick out?

And? Unless you are suggesting she is going to violate the law that JBE signed, that it 100% irrelevant.
