Does Comer have Joe Biden's Financials? Thus far everything I'm seeing comes from his brother. If I want to get him, I would need Joe's and see how they match up or don't.
Comer comes from a banking background he would have to know this. Thus far I have not heard Comer say anything about Joe's financials.

If it is a one for one transaction and interest free, he does not need to report interest income if there was no interest charged. Plus if there are wire transfers from Joe to James even if it came from Joe's Trust account ( they all have trust accounts) then Comer looks like he is conveniently grandstanding.....which he probably is.
His dumb arse should be looking at Burisma and other entities that are nothing but honey holes for politicians who put their kids or other relatives into positions in which to "consult" this shite about China is almost meaningless......you'd have to nail Trump, his kids and half of Wall Street and Silicon Valley.

Then it would be considered a gift on both sides of the transaction and a 709 would have needed for be filed. I didn’t notice a 709 in the returns he released.

I’m not the biggest Bush family fan in the world but they don’t belong in that group. Even the Clintons just got away with stuff more than they used the law/agencies as a political weapon. Barry and whoever’s running the country now are in a class by themselves.

You can’t just randomly subpoena someone’s bank records. Comer had enough info to request Hunter/James based on the suspicious activity reports (the volume alone).
Hunter (or whoever was the brains behind that shady fricking business, bc we know it wasn’t him) fixed it so there were no SARs in Joe. It’s the point of laundering.
They should have subpoenaed the bank records six months ago, but other than that the only way anything happens is if there is actual hard documentation. Democrats don’t think testimony is evidence.
Hopefully Johnson (who has worked on these issues) will make it a priority to finish this investigation. And I think he will based on the fact that he wrote the freaking SCOTUS brief that congress signed regarding vote fraud. He’s definitely not around taking kickbacks while smoking crack with prostitutes in Eastern European shitholes.
I actually have little faith that this will lead somewhere.
I don’t really care if Joe goes to jail-I just want him impeached AND removed. We all know Joe is too fricking stupid to have invented this shite. I would say 70% of the senate is owned (conservative estimate). If what the HR learns is bad enough it’s going to expose his other colleagues, who could presumably vote to remove or convict him to save themselves.
If a little light gets shined on Mitt Romney and his shady arse in the process - then even better.

It would be a gift if it were not repaid in the same year. Come on, you know this. A 709 would only be necessary if Joe gave Jim 200K and there was no expectation of repayment . But if Joe gave Jim 200K in January and Jim turns around and repays Joe the 200K in June and no interest is paid or expected.....it's not necessarily illegal or dastardly.....maybe in Kentucky it is.
