The Rothschilds ancestry stretches back to the Khazars. The Russians have been at war with them since the 9th century, per Putin. Their weapon of choice is financial. First thing that jumped out at me yesterday was some independent City of London stuff, so it all came into focus with the news of Rothschild's death.
Let me see if I can find some decent analysis on the exact symbolism.
