So? the point is you have to comply, you don't get to decide I did nothing wrong so F you Mr. Policeman.
It's a simple arse concept.Otherwise there would be pure chaos. Cold blooded murders would say " I thought did nothing wrong. So here I go on my way Have a nice day Pig."
You guys thinking otherwise are thick skulled Neanderthal dullards.
And look. I'm not defending the cops beating the chit out the guy. I'm just saying you HAVE to comply on the spot. You don't get to decide I did nothing wrong so I'm gonna resist. .

And also, Imagine that same driver was, instead, your granddaughter. Imagine she said the exact same words, and the cop broke her window out and punched her in the face several times.
Now, where do you stand? Because that driver didn't curse, didn't raise his voice, did not call the cop a name, same as most people's granddaughters would react.
Look moron. Anyone with a lick of common sense teaches their kids to immediately comply with a cop's orders and say yes sir.

I've dealt with a$$holes cops and good ones. The one common denominator is that I complied with their instructions...every...single...time. Not once have I ever been forcibly removed from my car (yes, I've been handcuffed and my car searched
This is perfectly good advice. And it still doesn't absolve shite police officers who are dealing with people who don't follow that advice

No doubt. This thug was obviously going in that direction.
The only thing I would have done differently, is I would have hit him with some pepper spray and a tazer before busting his flabby lips.

I can link dozens of citations to cases that say I'm right and you're wrong.
FInd me a single US Supreme court case that backs up the dribble coming out of your mouth.
So how bout it, we on or not? You talk the talk, lets find out if you got the nads to walk the walk...

But you cannot litigate the validity of the stop roadside. It is no different than when I got pulled over for “being on my phone” when my kid had it in the back seat. Or when the officer pulls you over for “speeding” when you have a dashcam that could immediately prove you weren’t.

Correct. But only one of them is hired by the public. Only one of them can be affected by policy created by the public. So that's the only one I give a frick about.
Partly true. Both parties can be affected by policy the public creates. And I guess I care about both the stupid cop and the stupid driver. You excuse one of them, I excuse neither.

You keep using the world "resist" because you're still inherently dishonest about your entire argument
remaining silent and waiting until a fatfrick POS cop busts your window open, is not "resisting"

so since you're so wrong on every post, you're willing to "walk the walk" because you're embarrassed - I can't outpuke a buzzard, and you're a squawking buzzard - I'll get to "your point" in the 3rd and 4th paragraph
this thing is already on national news and it's going to worsen the treatment of people of all races so that the cops can point to "how fair they are"..."regardless of race"
here's the lecture you need. The Bill of Rights maintain one common collection of thought. The rights of citizens to not be victims of a tyrannical govt. It's people like you who make things hard on gun rights advocates, for instance, because you mistakenly believe that "case law" should be a legitimate entity. You think some judge in California should dictate your own fricking gun rights in the south United States. And you believe the same about traffic stops, because you're an idiot
true conservatives have been arguing against the myth of "case law" for decades. ETA: I don't give a frick what some big govt federal judge in Madison, WI or Seattle, WA said about police stops 29 years ago. That's not the law, period.
I guess you're a fricking leftist big govt radical

If you're so confident you're right am I wrong. Get me to ban my self from posting for a month...
I won;t even bother to address your personal attacks drivel. I'm going to the range to tune up my Glock 33. Been awhile.

so, again, since you're a dishonest POS, the truth of the law just flew right over your head
you love case law! you're a leftist radical! Maybe judicial appointees from that lunatic California governor, or Biden on the left coast, should dictate "case law" education measures for your grandkids!

Yeah right. Look at my position history and get back to me on being a leftist.
I'm just telling you morons you HAVE to comply with law enforcement commands. If the Cops are wrong it has to be worked LATER.
I mean WTF? This is basic common sense 101 shite.
This is such an obvious and simplistic concept I'm stunned anyone can even try to argue no you don't have to listen to the cops just cause you disagree with them.
And since I jumped in this thread not a single one of you numb-nuts can point to anything that says you don't have to comply, other than your retarded imaginations and wishful thinking.
Still waiting...

Comply, comply, comply.
So much repeated stupidity these days.

Are you arguing that cops can’t order you to identify yourself or get out of the car?
Admittedly, I haven’t read every post of this thread.
In Florida, they can arrest you for failing to identify yourself or for not getting out of the car as lawfully ordered.

All of you seem to confuse advisability of what the citizen should do with assessing how the cop behaves? It's the weirdest fricking thing. We are literally hiring the police officers as Citizens to go out there and be professional and then when the actual circumstance occurs we seem to believe that if the citizen in any way gives the cop an excuse that he can completely cease to be professional and we aren't allowed to talk about it because well the citizen didn't properly kiss his arse. You're basically admitting that you're hiring fricking children to enforce the law and we need to be careful lest we upset them

No I don't excuse him. I literally don't give a frick what he did. He's not being paid by my tax dollars. He's not expected to be professional. I would like him to be professional but he's just some random citizens so I clearly can't expect it. I'm only worried about the motherfricker hired. Besides only one of those two people has the actual authority to kill the other we're at the very least kidnap him and put him in a cage. So call me nuts but I think the guy with that level of authority should have a higher bar
