Yes. It worked to prove the citizen was correct on the cop was wrong. The end

You cry and whine a lot. I have a sneaky suspicion you fell for the George Floyd scam as well.

Nope. The entire George Floyd case was nonsense. Typical of most of the cases picked up by the media who's only real interest is in selling some sort of race narrative 100% of the time. That's actually one of the sad parts. If the media was doing its job it would focus on actual police problems but the only time the media even gives a shite is if the victim is black and half the time the media gets those wrong. Hell probably more than half the time

Well if there are so many cases where the courts have REPEATEDLY said you tell a cop to go F himself and run away instead of complying when he tells you to turn around so he can cuff you, why aren't you linking us to all the court opinions that say that?

What do you consider a "police problem"?

Again most of you seem to be confusing what is advisable with what is legal.

Yea, you don’t know how the system works.

Charges are thrown out every single day despite the behavior being illegal.

There is no circumstance at all during a traffic stop where you are not required to provide ID etc when requested. Charges being tossed later do not change that.

How many years of criminal law do you have under your belt?

Lol

It doesn't take a criminal law degree to know how cases have turned out. You do realize that shite gets reported to the public right! LOL

There’s no such thing as a criminal law degree FWIW.

The point remains. If somebody gets charged with something and the court rules that the charge was bullshite I don't need a law degree to know what happened.

Yeah, big surprise, you're too obviously moving the goal posts here.

It's not an issue of who is right or wrong that's determined later, it's an issue of comply on the spot. And you do not have the right to refuse an officer's instructions just cause you think it's all B.S.

No, operating a vehicle that you own is absolutely a right. Driving on publicly funded roads is a privilege

This is a dumb fricking argument. No one gives you a ticket for driving on private property you own. Of course driving as a privilege only applies to a public road.

I would not be in his situation. I am smart and would comply.
