Yesterday, a community activist Robert Davis, was shot and killed in his home while children were in another part of the house. Robert Davis is the leader of the Better Men Society, which exists to help men become leaders of their home in the hood.
Today, it was announced that the prime suspect is Napoleon Edwards, known as the Cipher Voice. He's a black man that has a radio show critical of Jackson leadership. He apparently had some inside connections to the corruption happening in Jackson, but he rambled too much for my taste. Hated the Jackson leadership.

Was it you or someone else that served on some committee just 2 or 3 years ago working to clean things up down there and touted that Jackson was on its way back?

Lived in the Jackson suburbs from '87 to '96. Good times mostly on the outskirts but they had twice the number of homicides inside the city of Jackson as in BR in 1998. All black on black except one and he was trying to buy crack cocaine. Unfortunately, we appear to be gaining ground now.

The comments on the link you posted are encouraging though. They think Cipher is a sick thug too. And a few of them even cite Cipher and his culture as being "State Sponsored".
They get it too now.

The Cipher is nothing but a scumbag who makes up a lot of stuff. Politicians pay him to trash their opponents and by trash, I mean just flat out make up sordid stuff against them. One couple was carjacked with their kids in Belhaven at Halloween last year. He got on there and started saying they made the whole thing up.

Davis was a big problem. Teaching boys how to become men. Getting them jobs so they didn’t have to be career criminals or rely on the government to take care of them.
Democrats will not tolerate that kind of behavior.
