Pointing out facts doesn't make someone an idiot. Actually believing the bs you post does.

They know this but they are just trying to make Trump look bad enough so people don’t support his Presidential campaign… it is all backfiring on them bigly. Blacks and Hispanics are supporting trump in record numbers and they see the justice system being weaponized against him. Millions of people out there are not as dumb as the Deep Stste and DNC think they are. The uniparty/Deep State is in panic mode right now. They are super pissed off st the masses who no longer trust them… to the point where they have practically labeled us as terrorists.

That is incorrect.
Of course it is.
The case against the 47th President could be irrevocably destroyed in advance of trial, and the malignant DC bigot judge would still allow it to continue in her court. Unless SCOTUS hits her in the head with a 2X4 to stop this BS, she's going to give Smith as much rope as he needs to lynch him some Republicans.

You don’t understand how they view “winning”. You think they’re trying to put him in jail. Their goal is him winning the primary.

the charge is not for "deleting".

his employees asked the IT guy to delete videos off the server because The Boss wants to delete the video (evidence of moving boxes).

charge is obstruction.

This factually incorrect statement from you indicates that you have a poor understanding of the case against him. Or that you are willfully misrepresenting the facts of the case against him.

He wasn't charged with deleting video evidence. He was charged with -- amongst many other things -- conspiring with his employees to obstruct justice by asking them to delete the video.

That's a felony even if the video never got deleted. Plain and simple.

If its so obvious, then I'm sure you have proof to provide us. With all the light on Hunters addiction I'm sure DonJrs addiction has plenty of witnesses come out.

Also, I remind you you are accusing him of an addiction to drugs, not just casual usage he did when younger. If there's even proof of that, make sure your proof meets what you are accusing him of. TIA

Serious question...what obligation requires MAL to hold the recordings?

Was it a timing thing? I don't remember the timeline, did the request come before or after the warrant?

I guess I'm wondering if say as a hypothetical I as a business owner deleted something today unknowing (max assuming potential) that in the future it could be used against me for something, but know nothing of a warrant, could I be charged with this same thing? I know there are things are required to be kept, but where is that line when it comes to extra things like video. Ie...if I delete a picture that was taken is that subject to scurtiny.

You assume a lot. First amongst those assumptions is that the accusations are legit, rather than concocted, wholecloth lies.

Well he's been indicted on like 60 counts by 4 grand juries over multiple incidents in multiple jurisdictions. It's not like a group of his enemies got together to push a single false narrative. It's a much more comprehensive pattern of behavior.

So you're saying he told his guy to delete the security footage because he was banging an ugly chick he picked up at the bar on a Tuesday night and it's all a giant misunderstanding?

qualifier - I know exactly nothing about the 'deleted maralago tape' other than what I have read in this thread + plus the very pronunchement of some allegation of "deleted security tapes" at maralago.

Your commentary makes it appear you are one who wants full atonement for those 'missing tapes"

Would you be so kind as to tell me what YOUR understanding of the facts are? - and what is the harm if all the allegations are true?

The list is seriously long on the debacle this bafoon showed up with. They didn't turn over everything in discovery then lied to the judge and said they did. They are trying to bring charges about him lying when he has never been questioned by any law enforcement. The video footage they are trying to charge him with deleting was never deleted.

Yeah, but that crew impeached him twice first for what Hillary did and then for what Biden did. They don't need no stinking evidence.
