The list is seriously long on the debacle this bafoon showed up with. They didn't turn over everything in discovery then lied to the judge and said they did. They are trying to bring charges about him lying when he has never been questioned by any law enforcement. The video footage they are trying to charge him with deleting was never deleted.

No. The J6 committee deleted video and destroyed evidence. Are you dumb or something? Thousands of hours not yet released? Why? Who is it good for to hide it?

Look, I get WHY you think it SHOULD be dismissed and I agree with you 100%. But it’s not GOING to be dismissed because we no longer live under a fair, equal and impartial justice system.
Smith won’t back down. The trial judge will be leaned on, the appeals court will be leaned on and the SC will look for every reason not to grant the dismissal if it made it to them.

It is the same as the Mueller investigation and all the other nonsense thrown at Trump. It is a time and resource drain. They want to get him off the campaign trail and use as much money as possible to fight this. Of course it will fall apart the question is when? I am of the opinion that they are trying to buy time until Super Tuesday in the hopes that someone from the GOP catches fire and can be viable in the race. With how far the polling is outside the margin of error that is not likely to happen.

Let's see. Tavares originally said he never recalled any conversations about deleting footage. Then later said Oliveras mentioned one time that the boss wanted footage deleted. Tavares is a registered Democrat and the footage was never deleted. Several others deny that conversation took place. Gtfoh with that bs.
