People have read the indictment. The so-called recording was where most of these stories came from. The FBI personally reviewed the storage room at MAL in the June immediately preceding the raid in early August, so we know there weren’t documents “all over the place”. The only other “evidence” reported was a MAL staffer that was supposedly going to squeal, except the DOJ offered his attorney a judgeship in exchange for him testifying against Trump… now they are in deep shite for that deal. There are rumors of him saying something to a potential author of a memoir, but they are just rumors for now and may also be part of the recording. Right now, your safest bet is to file this recording right next to the Russian hooker piss video and the Tom Arnold Nword tape until further notice.
Look, they aren’t going to make a case on classified docs. They can’t without incriminating Biden, Hillary, Pence, etc…. They are going to try something else like obstruction, espionage, or some other Hail Mary that ain’t gonna work.

you obviously havn't. Very detailed accounts about where the docs were, and how and where they were moved. Down to text messages between his employees about moving them. And the security at each of the locations. Then theres a whole other problem about the FBI trying to get the docs from him. It goes way beyond one audio recording. Its the one youre hearing about because its the most ridiculous. Not the most damning though

his attorney was still under oath. judgeship or not, if hes caught lying he goes to jail for a long time. Im not worried about his attorney. Im worried about how the guy I voted for twice handled top secrets and lied about it. Hes still fricked without the attorneys testimony too. Its a whole slew of things. again, read it.

Hillary lied to the face if investigators and ordered the destruction of records/devices.
Joe had material taken from a SCIF as a Senator, stored some documents in his garage and others in an unlocked closet in an office that Chinese Nationals had access too.

Thats just a whataboutism. I dont know the specifics there. Perhaps it is a double standard, probably is. Still doesnt lessen what Trump did. Hundreds of people had access to these docs at Mar a Lago. Who knows the nationality

The 'military paper' were war plans drawn up by the DOD. Hes showing it to a journalist. In the indictment they refer to this country as 'country A'. Two other people were in the room at the time. Im sure they asked those two a few questions before indicting Trump.

Mar a Lago is much more secure than the pedophiles garage that was mostly open which stored a corvette, that also housed his crackhead son. Why is it looked at differently when it’s a political opponent. The presidential records act outlines what Trump did was no different than any other president. Obama, Clinton, Bush were all caught doing this exact same thing. Hell Hillary wasn’t president, took classified documents from a SCIF, had them on a personal hard drive and Comey said no reasonable prosecutor would bring the case to court. Why is it different with Trump?

At the most, it's not a good look and that's about it.
Otherwise, you cannot "obstruct justice" when there was no crime committed to obstruct. This has been backed up with case law
