This chick is spot on. Blames libs for insisting they get on-demand abortion up to when the baby is popped out instead of "safe, legal and rare" as it used to be.
She's right. Schumer and Pelosi could have gotten a first two trimester bill through, but they chose to go for the whole enchilada. They can count votes. They knew that wouldn't fly, but they thought the political points would be good for them. Not going to be good for anyone.

Wouldn’t have mattered. The Constitution trumps Federal Laws and the USSC presented that this was a Constitutional matter thus any law could have been overturned on the basis of the 10th Amendment.
By that logic, all current gun laws can be overturned.

It is their fault. If tie v Wade never happened this would never have became the hot button political topic. Once you started shoving it in peoples faces on the national level you get the equal push back.
If kept at the local level abortion would be legal in most states and no one would bat an eye.

RvW imposed a nation-wide limit of 24-28 weeks (viability at the time). More permissive than most european countries.
No it didn't. Roe vs Wade imposed no limits on abortion. The limits were on what states could regulate.

It sure would have mattered, and it still might. Roe prevented states from limiting abortions beyond certain points. A federal law could have prevented states from regulating abortions at all. The constitutionality of such a law could have been challenged, and how SCOTUS would have ruled on that is in doubt and depends on how the law was written.

Plnd Parenthood needs those fully grown babies to chop up and sell for parts.
The Dems need that Plnd Parenthood Money.
That is why no limits to abortion is the bottom line.
Follow the money.
