What we need are civic clubs made up of concerned citizens with shared activities and a common ethos. Not militias.

Think back to New Orleans, during Katrina. People on the West Bank watched the looting of Downtown, and knew that many stayed for the looting. And then the heathen decided to move over the Bridge and into the WB. Guess what. The Meanies on the WB sealed that Bridge off, with little or no preparation. They did exactly what Rag alludes to.
My Daddy always told me to fear the good man who had to goaded into a fight...and get the hell out of Dodge when He starts crying.
It's great that Trump runs the show. The National Guard will be deployed just like in Katrina, backed by HSA, etc., and the good folk in the Community will back them up...and root out the trouble makers. We all know who they are; just that the Constitution forbids the good folk to take care of business, in the same way the heathen would. That won't be in play.
All good folk pray that this won't happen, but watching the Left today re Kavanagh/Rule of Law/Equal Justice...are locking and loading.

Not quite Scooter. You're ignoring that as recently as yesterday, poison was sent to the president, administration officials, and other republicans.
You're omitting the fact that republicans and people simply wearing republican attire are being harassed and attacked at restaurants and in public.
You're leaving out that elected socialist democrat legislators are publicly calling for confrontation with republicans.
You're forgetting the public support by the DNC, of terrorists groups like Antifa.
You're glossing over the fact that at the height of all this rhetoric, someone opened fire on the republican softball team.
I can go on, and on and on, but you already know all of this. If you're having trouble understanding, just realize that ignoring the whirlwind is of no use, once you've worked so hard sowing the wind.
