Thanks, but I don't have a problem. I'm 5-8, 143 and consume no sugar that I can think of besides Asian Sauce. I was just curious about if I'm missing some source of added sugar.

It's the same with salt. I was raised from birth as a salt free baby because my mom read about the blood pressure link.
On my last 2 blood tests the Dr. said my sodium level was low and I needed to eat more salt. I refuse.

If the country was too far gone, they wouldn’t need all the propaganda they constantly try to pump in everyone’s head. Now is the critical point to stand up and speak out.

Just because you do those things doesn't make you a "good father and husband". A shite ton of guys do those things, but you "bragging" about them makes you come across as gay. Makes you come across as either an asshat or gay...I will leave the choice to you.

i wasnt bragging, i was simplying saying you can put your family first and still find time to stay in shape.

well less than 10% of the population does any form of resistance training. maybe half do it enough to build any muscle.....so its generally not an idiotic metric for 95% of the population.

Fat conservatives and liberals will complain about skyrocketing healthcare costs and argue on ways to fix it by doing anything but personally taking responsibility for healthy lifestyle choices to fix the problem. There is no excuse to be a fat slob in 2022. Simply no excuse.

Never heard that war concept used in the context of kids, but it makes perfect sense. You can't let those little bastards convene and formulate a strategy to take down mom n dad, you have to keep them busy AF and run them around to extra curriculars. I like it, good stuff!

You don't have to stand in front of a mirror doing curls to build lean mass, friend.

Aside from weight and body shape I learned something important about weight lifting years ago. I broke a bone in my leg that would not heal properly. The Dr. said I had osteoporosis.
He said about 20% of men over the age of 60 have it and calcium doesn't cure it because your body passes calcium through.
Me: 'So what can I do?'
Him: 'You'll have to lift weights for the rest of your life to keep bone density.'
Me: 'Cool, that was my intention anyway.'

I am 52 and lived from the age of 28-50 fluctuating between 210-230lbs. Usually wore a 38 waist. About a 1.5 years ago I cut 95% of processed sugar from my diet whether it be food or beverage. I have weighed between 165-170 the last few months and wear a loose fitting 32.

I am currently on vacation at Seagrove with my family and it really is eye opening the level of fatness on display at the beach. I guess when I was one of them I just figured that I was status quo. Can’t believe I lived that way for over 30 years.
