I'm pretty sure that makes him a prototypical Republican, at least inside the beltway. They're doing some good things at state levels but at the national level people like Graham ARE the GOP. RINO doesn't really mean much anymore.

The establishment HAS to have control of AZ, GA & PA.
This means from the national level down. It’s how they maintain control and why you see them fighting so hard.
