Graham is not a republican. He and many fellow politicians of both parties are just in it for power and money. I'm pretty sure he thinks he and his friends can control HW, so no harm no foul in his mind. If Warnock wins, he's in on the grift, so good - is Walker wins - he'll be told what to do.
