How many of these Russians suspected of this crime have been interviewed by Mueller??

That'd play better if Trump hadn't publicly said twice that he'd be happy to talk to Mueller under oath.
No doubt.
I consider that to be highly unwise.

I never said he couldn’t plead the Fifth. This article is arguing that he should not even be out in a position to possibly do so.

When will the other candidate be asked to testify?

Jurisdiction. He could prolly send the subpoenas to Moscow, but I’m not sure they’d be honored

Specific charges were named for WJC and he arranged to be questioned on camera. With WJC there were two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice. These charges stemmed from a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Clinton.
What are the charges already filed against Trump to enable the questioning of Trump?

Not sure. I’m not the S.C.

That same argument was made with Bill Clinton and it was never answered because Bill ended up "voluntarily" testifying.

And ALL I've been saying in this thread, is that you shut the frick up.
I've taken no legal position regarding what Mueller can or cannot do in terms of subpoenas or anything else.
But, he can't make you flap your tongue.

Just using your point of Trump being a candidate in said election. Hillary is neck deep in this thing why won't Honest Bob call her?
Posted on 1/27/18 at 7:05 pm to antibarner
I don’t know that answer, man. Do you think she should be subject to his subpoena power?

And we have Sessions and his cowardice to thank for this mess.
That's true. But things have a way for working out for the best.

I would tell him to suck my nuts.

Suit was filed against Clinton. He acquiesced to the judicial process.
Mandate of S.C. is Russian meddling in the election. Trump is the winner of that election. I can see how the two overlap. It’s not like the S.C. is investigating a murder in Florida when Trump was is Oregon.
And I’m even amenable to the argument that there needs to be some leeway scheduling wise because he is the President. But I think it’s a stretch to say he’s completely immune to questions or the judicial process as a whole solely by him holding the Office of the President.

So in other words, he's not interviewing the people who ACTUALLY committed the crime. He's wanting to interview Trump to see if he can get him to lie about ripping off a mattress tag in 1976.
Thanks for confirming that this is an investigation in search of a crime.

I see the problem now. You're 12.

Being that you have already admitted to being curious about the legal process and wanting to know/ read more, maybe just shut the frick up and read this thread instead of cluttering it with your nonsense

She is a private citizen just like you and I. Of course she should. She should have to answer questions since she and her people were the ones making a lot of the accusations.
I don't have to go on about who paid for the dossier and so forth. She's in this thing deeply.

Sure, and maybe you should write a letter to Mueller that you think she should be questioned.
But this thread is about whether Trump can be questioned

You are not taking into effect that the one who formed this SC (Rod Rosenstein a)should not have formed any SC against Trump, as there is no there, there or charges b) Rosenstein has a conflict of interest in the fox guarding the hen house way, no?
So Trump's team or lawyers should delay the ever loving crap out of this questioning from honest Bob, no?
