1) No one is really covering the story
2) Enough of the populace that is don’t believe it or think it’s disinformation
3) He was long told he is a liability to the campaign and to stay in his house and away from The Big Guy
Strategy seems to have been working.
You see our strategy would be to do the opposite and have Hunter out there because we want Biden to lose.
Their’s is the opposite because they want to win.

Just talking to various people out there, most have no idea about the laptop. With the election being so close, they are just trying to wait it out hoping they cannot be verified in time.

He believes that if he ignores it, it will go go away. The media response and social media debunking also gives him cover. Until the press takes it up and demands answers, there is no reason for him to respond. The media doesn’t want to pursue it because that would hurt Joe Biden.

No one besides political junkies, message board readers and the highly partisan have even heard of it.
A few in the middle might have heard the term "laptop" but have no clue behind that.
It's too late for this to really have an impact sadly.
They should keep pushing it but this should have been September surprise or May surprise. Too much to digest and to late to disseminate in any meaningful way.
