In publicly mocking and smearing the witnesses that are testifying, it doesn’t create an atmosphere where others would feel safe to come forward with any concerns. I’m an HR professional and have dealt with heavy employee relations. If he was doing this as the ceo of a corporation, he’d already be fired. His behavior is toxic.
