This is going to incentivize autists to do some digging for wasteful spending. Got to love it.

The leaderboard thing sounds like what Tom Coburn used to do with his waste report
Love it. Should pay whistleblowers to eat on this shite and then stamp it out

Sure hope the Congressional sexual harassment slush fund is going to be on there.

The IRS was buying a metric ton of ammo at some point. Curious to see if those millions were paltry to what we find or just to see how much exactly they were spending on ammo for a non combative agency.

1) Demand that every bill from Congress must be a ONE ISSUE bill. Present the issue, the cost (or savings hopefully), and if a cost, how it will be paid for (through other savings, hopefully). No more.
This keeps Congress from slipping in spending with other things, and then campaigning on "The guy I'm running against voted against the bill that would protect your Grandmother from scammers! (which also funded some stupid, crazy stuff, and that's why he voted against it)".
If the bill isn't a ONE ISSUE bill, Trump vetoes it. Come back with ONE ISSUE bills.
2) Eliminate the Federal Grant process. It makes no sense for the Feds to collect tax money, and then have states/municipalities compete and apply for grants to get their own money back. It's just a bureaucratic shell game. I'm sick of seeing stuff like "And we got a grant from the Feds to pay 80% of the cost of this, saving our city $X." Like it was free money - who the heck sent that money to the Feds to give back to you? The same taxpayers, you fools.
It's just non-value added bureaucracy, and people all along the line taking credit for doing nothing more than shuffling money from one place to the other, and skimming some off along the way (the people who write/apply for the grants are on a payroll).
