It appears the TPUSA event at Memphis University with Rittenhouse was a well planned ..

Setup!
It's being reported on the Charlie Kirk show that one day before the event all the early tickets that were distributed were cancelled in the name of DEI because some people (I wonder who?) pressured the university, saying they were not being equally represented at the event.
The university then canceled the previous distributed tickets and somehow the people who felt they were not being properly represented at the event got a heads up when the new tickets would be available and snatched up the bulk of the tickets.......hmmmm.

Kirk and Rittenhouse must sue the university and those who made the decision to do this. Make them hurt.

So Rittenhouse still got paid?

Why is he suing if he already got paid?

First Amendment violation. University of Memphis is a public university.

It’s a violation of his rights; it also created a hostile environment, the public university created a dangerous situation where he may be forced to defend himself!

How was Rittenhouse's freedom of speech revoked? Looks like he walked off the stage.

This is pretty much exactly what happened.
I don't understand "not being properly represented". Were they not afforded the opportunity to get tickets prior to yesterday? And if so, why would they want to go hear someone speak that they vehemently disagree with? That makes no sense.
Don't get me wrong... I get exactly why they did it:
"I don't like what he has to say, therefore you shouldn't be able to hear it either."

The party of tolerance and coexistence strikes again

All of the unnecessary and unreasonable last minute requirements they imposed on them after the backlash from Tami Sawyer and people like that. Dropped the seats from 50 to 8, required them to pay for security, etc.
It also doesn't have to be revoked just infringed upon.

Memphis is a city of 600k with nearly 400 murders last year, Rittenhouse was likely unarmed and made a prudent decision getting the hell outta there.

years ago there was a revolt at the TN state capital and we decided to go watch the proceedings. cant remember what; but i think it was over proposed state income tax or something.
this is like 2002, mind you. there were trucks circling the capital, a couple Semis with USA flags honking, conservative radio station broadcasting from the park in front of the capital, the whole 9 yards.
we got there and were in line to go into the building; probably 10th or 12th person in line.
they opened the doors and we *BARELY* could find a seat. the ENTIRE PLACE WAS FULL OF MINORITIES, most were half asleep and wearing pins in support of the policy.
that opened my eyes. someone bussed in enough people to almost fill the entire capital prior to anyone legitimately going in to protest or watch the proceedings. WHY? it was obvious. to make it appear the bill had WAY MORE support among the public than it actually did.
we were stunned; looking around half of these people were sound asleep. it was so obvious what was going on and it was right there in broad daylight for everyone to see.
eta; my point being, all of these people had been brought in from MEMPHIS. there's clearly a political machine at work in that city and its been running like a well oiled machine for decades.

Not sure about compensation for Rittenhouse or if the tickets are free to attend a TPUSA at a university campus.

He got paid. Put himself in that position. Is what it is. Poor kid, he needs to get away from the political pimps and go have a normal life.

It still doesn't appear to be infringement of his first amendment rights. Looks like the clowns were asking him questions he didn't want to answer and he decided to leave.

The students who invited TPUSA to hold an event at Memphis university requested Rittenhouse as one of the speakers.

I can tell you from very recent experience involving a certain federal govt agency that there are people in positions of decision making that know exactly how close they can fly to the sun to inflict maximum, unnecessary burdens on the average citizen. It’s a game of chicken, daring you to do anything about it, knowing damn well there is little if any consequences they’ll suffer themselves. The people at this university are no different. It’s all intentional and meant to be malicious.

The University doesn't get to dictate people's choices as to who they can listen to. Of course, Marxists and their dupes don't believe in the 1st Amendment. They believe opposition speech should be a crime.

Memphis is one of the dumpiest cities I have ever visited.
