any country that becomes nuclear - like Pakistan, India, South Africa, a United Kingdom on the doorstep of foreign takeover - all the deterrents still remain available to correct any nuclear "adventuring" any of them may acquire.
same applies to the Persians/Iraq.
I am vastly more worried about the little tyrant that pops up causing trouble for others anytime they feel like it

Tulsi Gabbard, our acting DNI just testified they aren’t close to having nukes so as someone who saw the Iraq debacle I’m gonna go ahead and pass on the “questionable WMD” evidence as cassus belli for a major war in the Middle East.
